Why you'd want to live in Kemah
Kemah is a small coastal town with a population of around 3,000 people. Originally a small fishing town, Kemah has become a tourist hotspot due to the area’s restaurants and attractions – some of which can be found at the Kemah Boardwalk. The Boardwalk is built entirely along the shores of Galveston Bay and Clear Lake, and is considered among the premier boardwalks in the United States. Kemah is part of an award-winning school district, Clear Creek ISD, which was ranked as “exemplary” by the Texas Education Agency.
